Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code, all products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity.
The guarantee covers:
- the authenticity of the materials and gemstones
- any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery
The Customer is required to report any defects within 2 months of discovery.

The guarantee does not cover:
- normal signs of wear or characteristics due to the age of the jewelry
- damage caused by impacts, falls, or improper use
- improper treatments or alterations
- modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
